How do you calculate Max Drawdown?
Forex Challenge Accounts:
The maximum drawdown is the maximum your account can draw down before you would hard breach it. When you open the account, your Maximum Drawdown is set at 9% of your starting balance on 2-phase challenges and 6% for 1-phase challenges. The max drawdown is static and does not trail.
Crypto Challenge Accounts:
Crypto Challenge Accounts: The maximum drawdown is the maximum your crypto prop firm account can draw down before you would hard breach it. When you open the account, your Maximum Drawdown is set at 9% of your starting balance on 2-phase challenges and 6% for 1-phase challenges. The max drawdown is static and does not trail on "Challenge Plans."
How do you calculate Maximum Trailing Loss?
Crypto Instant Funding:
The Maximum Trailing Drawdown is initially set at 5% and trails (using CLOSED BALANCE - NOT equity) your account until you have achieved a 5% return in your account. Once you have achieved the % return, the Maximum Trailing Drawdown no longer trails and is permanently locked in at your starting balance.
Example: If your starting balance is $100,000, you can draw down to $95,000 before you would violate the Maximum Trailing Drawdown rule. Then for example let's say you take your account to $102,000 in CLOSED BALANCE. This is your new high-water mark, which would mean your new Maximum Trailing Drawdown would be $97,000. Next, let's say you take your account to $108,000 in CLOSED BALANCE, which would be your new high-water mark. At this point your Maximum Trailing Drawdown would be locked in at your starting balance of $100,000. So, regardless of how high your account goes, you would only breach this rule if your account drew back down to $100,000. Please also note that the Account locks at the starting balance upon the first payout request. Your first withdrawal request can be made at any time and then once every 30 days thereafter.
Forex Instant Funding:
For Forex Instant Funding plans that use a Trailing Max Drawdown, the Maximum Trailing Drawdown is initially set at 8% and trails (using CLOSED BALANCE - NOT equity) your account until you have achieved a pre-defined % return in your account. Once you have achieved the % return, the Maximum Trailing Drawdown no longer trails and is permanently locked in at your starting balance.
Futures:
The Maximum Trailing Loss for each phase trails using End of Day Balance.
Example: If your starting balance is $100,000, and there is a 5% Max Trailing Loss, you can draw down to $95,000 before you violate the Maximum Trailing Loss rule. Then for example let's say you take your end of day balance to $102,000. This is your new End of Day High-Water Mark, which would mean your new Maximum Trailing Loss would be $97,000. Once you generate a 5% return in the account, the Max Trailing Loss will lock at the starting balance (i.e. the Max Loss Limit will never increase above your starting balance). For the purpose of all calculations, the end of day is defined as 1600 CST
Instant Lite:
The maximum drawdown is set at 4% of the starting balance and trails your closed balance until it reaches the starting balance, at which point it locks.
Example:
On a $100,000 account, your trailing drawdown begins at $96,000 and moves upward as your account gains. Once the trailing drawdown reaches $100,000, it locks permanently. After locking, only profits above the starting balance can be lost.
How do you calculate the Daily Loss Limit?
The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum amount an account may lose in a single trading day. This limit resets each day at 5:00 PM EST. The Daily Loss Limit is calculated using the greater of the prior day’s end of day balance, which includes closed P&L only, or the prior day’s end of day equity, which includes both balance and any open P&L. This approach ensures that unrealized gains at the end of the trading day are properly reflected when determining the allowable loss for the following session. If a trader finishes the day with open positions that are in profit, the account equity will be higher than the balance, and equity will be used to calculate the Daily Loss Limit. If a trader finishes the day with no open positions, balance and equity are the same, and the balance will be used. If a trader finishes the day with open positions that are in a loss, equity will be lower than balance, and the balance will be used. For example, a trader has a $100,000 account with a 5 percent Daily Loss Limit. At the 5:00 PM EST reset, the account balance is $100,000 and there are open positions in profit, resulting in account equity of $102,000. Because the equity is higher than the balance, the Daily Loss Limit is calculated using the $102,000 equity value. Five percent of $102,000 is $5,100, meaning the account will violate the Daily Loss Limit if intraday equity reaches $96,900 at any point during the next trading day. If the trader had no open positions, or open positions that were in a loss, the Daily Loss Limit would instead be based on the $100,000 balance, resulting in a breach level of $95,000.
What is the Consistency Requirement at Hydra?
The Consistency Requirement ensures traders are not hitting profit targets or payouts through a few oversized or lucky trading days. It measures how much of your total profit comes from your best trading day.
Formula:
(Best Trading Day PnL ÷ Total Equity PnL) × 100
A lower percentage means profits are spread across multiple days.
A higher percentage means profits are concentrated in fewer days.
The rule must be met before passing, withdrawing, or advancing (depending on the product).
Futures:
Futures accounts use an equity-based consistency check.
You must meet both your profit target and the consistency requirement to advance or withdraw.
Example:If the rule is 25%, you cannot complete the full target in fewer than four days.
- Best day: $2,000
- Total profit: $8,000
- Ratio: 25% (pass)
If your best day represents more than 25%, you must continue trading until profits are more evenly distributed.
Crypto Instant Funding:
Crypto Instant Funding accounts use an equity-based consistency rule.
The typical limit is 33%. This means no single trading day may represent more than 33% of your total equity profit before you can request a payout.
Example:
- Best day: $1,000
- Total profit: $3,000
- 1,000 ÷ 3,000 = 33% (meets requirement)
If the best day exceeds the percentage threshold, you must continue trading until your profit distribution becomes more consistent.
Instant Lite:
Instant Lite accounts use an equity-based consistency rule. The typical limit is 15%. No single trading day can exceed 15% of your total profit.
Example:
- Total profit: $2,000
- Maximum allowed best day: $300 (15%)
If any trading day exceeds this amount, you must continue trading and generate additional profits before you can withdraw.
What is the Profit Buffer and how does it work?
The 5% profit buffer defines when you can begin making withdrawals. Traders must first achieve a profit of at least 5% on their starting balance before becoming eligible to withdraw. The first 5% remains in the account as a buffer to protect capital, and only profits above this level can be withdrawn.
Example:
On a $100,000 account, once the balance reaches $105,000, the first $5,000 remains as a buffer, and any additional gains can be requested for withdrawal.
How many Instant Funding Accounts may I have active at one time?
A maximum of $190,000 in active Instant Funding plans per person is permitted, consisting of up to one of each plan size.
Can I hold positions over the weekend?
Forex and Crypto Instant Lite:
Unless you've purchased the "Weekend Holding" add-on, we require all trades to be closed by 3:45 p.m. EST on Friday. Any trades left open after this time will automatically be closed. Note that this is only a soft breach, and you will be able to continue trading once the markets reopen.
Futures:
No. All positions must be closed and all open orders cancelled at 1510 CST each weekday.
Can I trade during News Events?
Forex and Crypto:
Trading within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited. Any traders identified as having traded during a News Event during the challenge phase are subject to having those trades removed, having the leverage on their account reduced, or having their account breached altogether. Hydra Funding has sole and absolute discretion in determining what constitutes a News Event.
Futures:
Our futures program does not prohibit trading during news events; however, traders must exercise heightened caution due to the increased volatility and reduced liquidity that often accompany such events. Traders are solely responsible for staying informed of scheduled economic news releases and managing their positions accordingly.
Is there a breach for inactivity?
Crypto and Forex:
Yes. If you do not place a trade at least once every 30 days on your account, we will consider you inactive and your account will be breached.
Futures:
For Phases 1-4, you must place an executed trade once every 14 days to retain the account.
What is the difference between a Hard Breach and Soft Breach rule?
A soft breach means we will close all trades that violate the rule. However, you can continue trading in your Assessment or Live Account. A hard breach means that you violated either the Daily Loss Limit or Max Drawdown rule. Both rules constitute a hard breach. In the event you have a hard breach, you will fail the Assessment or have your Live Account taken away. A hard breach can also occur if you violate our policy on Prohibited Trading Activity. Refer to section below for details.
Do I lose my account if I don’t meet the Consistency Requirement?
No. But in order to complete the phase and be entitled to receive the payout, you will need to achieve both the profit target and the consistency requirement.
Can I reset my account if I lose it?
No. You will need to purchase a new account if you breach it for any reason.
What is the policy on Prohibited Trading Activity ?
You are prohibited from using any trading strategy expressly prohibited by Hydra Funding or the Liquidity Providers it uses. Such prohibited trading (“Prohibited Trading”) shall include, but not be limited to:
- Exploiting errors or latency in the pricing and/or platform(s) provided by the Liquidity Provider
- Utilizing non-public and/or insider information
- Front-running of trades placed elsewhere
- Trading in any way that jeopardizes the relationship that Hydra Funding has with a Liquidity Provider or may result in the cancellation of trades
- Trading in any way that creates regulatory issues for the Liquidity Provider
- Utilizing any third-party strategy, off-the-shelf strategy, or one marketed to pass challenge accounts
- Utilizing one strategy to pass an assessment and then utilizing a different strategy in a funded account, as determined by Hydra Funding in cooperation with Prop Account, LLC, at their discretion
- Attempting to arbitrage an assessment account with another account with Hydra Funding or any third-party company, as determined by Hydra Funding in its sole and absolute discretion.
- If Hydra Funding detects that your trading constitutes Prohibited Trading, your participation in the program will be terminated and may include forfeiture of any fees paid to Hydra Funding. Additionally, before any Trader shall receive a funded account, the trading activity of the Trader under these Terms and Conditions shall be reviewed by Hydra Funding and the Liquidity Provider to determine whether such trading activity constitutes Prohibited Trading. In the case of Prohibited Trading, the Trader shall not receive a funded account.
Additionally, Hydra Funding reserves the right to disallow or block any Trader from participating in the program for any reason, in Hydra Funding’s sole and absolute discretion. Am I subject to any position limits?
Live Accounts:
We reserve the right to limit the number of open positions you may enter or maintain in the Live Account at any time and to revise the drawdown levels at which trading in the Live Account will be halted in response to market conditions. The Broker or we reserve the right to refuse to accept any order.
Instant Funding:
The maximum position that you may open is generally determined by your available margin.
We reserve the right to increase the margin requirement, limit the max order size or limit the number of open positions you may enter or maintain in theInstant Funding Account at any time, and to revise in response to market conditions the drawdown levels at which trading in the Instant Funding Account will be halted. We or the liquidity provider(s) reserve the right to refuse to accept any order.
Do you manipulate the pricing or executions I receive in my Live Account?
No. We operate at an arm's length with the Broker. All market pricing and trade executions are provided by the Broker and are not changed or modified by us. Additionally, we do not mark up transaction costs established by the Broker through adjusting bid-offer spreads, markups/markdowns, commission charges, or swaps.
How long does it take to receive my Live Account?
Upon passing your Assessment, you must sign your Trader Agreement via the dashboard. Once the agreement is completed and supporting documentation is provided, your Live Account will be created, funded, and issued to you typically within 24-48 business hours.
Once I pass the Assessment, will I receive a demo or live account?
Once you pass the assessment, we will provide you with a live account backed by our capital. The capital in your Live Account is notional and may not match the amount of capital on deposit with the Broker. A Live Account is notionally funded when actual funds in the account (i.e., the equity in a Live Account represented by the amount of capital) differs from the nominal account size (i.e., the size of the Live Account that establishes the initial account value and level of trading). Notional funds are the difference between nominal account size and actual capital in a Live Account. The use of notional funding does not change the trading level, or the account may trade in any manner differently than if notional funds were not used. In particular, the same conditions and rules apply to a soft breach, hard breach, Daily Loss Limit, Max Drawdown, stop loss, and position limits.
What are the rules for my Live Account?
The rules for the Live Account are exactly the same as those for your Assessment account. However, there is no account growth target with a live account.
How do I withdraw the gains in my Live Account?
Traders can request a withdrawal of the gains in their Live Account at any time in their trader dashboard, but no more frequently than once per thirty (30) days. So, if you make gains in your Live Account, you can request a withdrawal. When you are ready to withdraw the gains from your Live Account, click the Withdrawals button in your trader dashboard and enter the amount to withdraw. Once your withdrawal request is approved, you can withdraw it via any available method. We currently offer crypto payouts and fiat payouts via Rise.
When can I withdraw my gains on my Live Account, and how will that affect my maximum drawdown?
Forex:
Your first withdrawal can be requested at any time. Thereafter, you can request a withdrawal of the gains in your account every 30 days. When a withdrawal is approved, we will also withdraw our share of the gains, and your max drawdown will lock in at your starting balance. The Maximum Drawdown does not reset when you request a withdrawal. Example: You have taken an account from $100,000 to $120,000. You then request a withdrawal of $16,000. In this scenario, you will receive $12,000, and we will retain $4,000. This would also take the account balance down to $104,000, and your Maximum Drawdown is locked in at $100,000. So, you would have $4,000 maximum you could lose on the account before it would violate the Maximum Drawdown rule. If you take a full withdrawal of the gains in your Live Account, the Maximum Drawdown will still lock in at the starting balance and will, therefore, result in the forfeiting of your Live Account, as your balance will trigger the Maximum Drawdown breach rule.
Crypto:
Unlike our Forex accounts, the max drawdown does NOT move to the initial balance on the crypto accounts after you make your first withdrawal. Meaning if you make $10,000 on a $100,000 2 Phase account, and withdraw the full $10,000; the max drawdown will still be at $91,000.
If I have a (hard) breach in my Live Account and there are gains in the account, do I forfeit those gains?
Unlike other firms, Hydra Funding does not look for reasons to negate payouts. We pay what is due, even if an account is breached. If you have gains in your funded account at the time of a hard breach, you will still receive your portion of those gains.
Example:
If you have a $100,000 live account, grow it to $120,000. If you breach the 5% daily max drawdown (—$6000), we will close the account. You will be paid your portion of the remaining $14,000 in gains in your funded account.
Who is the counterparty to my trades?
To manage risk and minimize transaction costs, we may offset or negate market risk and act as the direct counterparty to certain trades initiated in the Account. Such trades are executed at prices provided by the Broker. This framework is intended to ensure you receive real market execution on your trades while simultaneously allowing us to manage risk dynamically by routing existing positions or future orders to third parties for execution as we deem appropriate. Such real market execution and dynamic risk management would not be possible or as cost-effective if trades were executed in simulated accounts. Regardless of whether we act as a counterparty to your trades, the gain or loss on your Live Account is not calculated differently. However, when we act as the counterparty to your trades, there is an inherent potential conflict of interest because your trades do not result in net gain or loss to us, as your trades would if we were not the direct counterparty.
Is there a scaling plan for funded accounts?
You can request for your funded account balance to be doubled (up to a maximum of $5M) when the following criteria is met:
- 1. A withdrawal must have been processed on your account before we start tracking these months
- 2. 6 consecutive months where your maximum drawdown (balance based) on the account does not exceed 4%
- 3. Within those 6 months, at least 3 months where the gain on the account exceeded 3%
- 4. Gain on the account of at least 10% since inception
Scaling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and your account will be reviewed by our team upon request to see if you qualify.
If I have a breach in my Live Account and there are gains in the account, do I forfeit those gains?
Live account
If you have gains in your Live Funded Futures account at the time of a breach, you will still receive your portion of those gains.
Instant Funding
If you have gains in your Instant Funding Account at the time of a hard breach, you can still request the withdrawal of your portion of those gains. For example, if you have a $100,000 account and you grow that account to $110,000. Should you then have a hard breach we would close the account. Of the $10,000 in gains in your Crypto Instant Funding Account, you would be paid your portion thereof.
How do I withdraw the gains in my Instant Funding Account?
Traders can request a withdrawal of the profits in their funded account through their trader dashboard at any time. However, withdrawals are limited to one request every 30 days. The minimum withdrawal amount is the greater of $100 or 1% of the account's starting balance. When a withdrawal is approved, we will also withdraw our share of the gains, and your max trailing drawdown will lock in at your starting balance. The trailing drawdown does not reset when you request a withdrawal. Example: You have taken an account from $100,000 to $120,000. You then request a withdrawal of $16,000. In this scenario, you will receive $12,000 and we would retain $4,000. This would also take the balance of the account down to $104,000, and your Maximum Trailing Drawdown is locked in at $100,000. So, you would have $4,000 maximum you could lose on the account before it would violate the Maximum Trailing Drawdown rule. If you take a full withdrawal of the gains in your Funded Account, the Maximum Trailing Drawdown will lock in at the starting balance and trigger the Maximum Trailing Drawdown breach rule, resulting in the forfeiture of your Funded Account.
How are commissions charged on Instant Funding Plans?
Commissions or commission-equivalents may be charged in connection with your trading activity. Note that cryptocurrency trading is subject to a percentage-based commission rate of 0.05% of the total notional trade volume, charged per side (USD amount * 0.0005).
Can I use an Expert Advisor or Automated Strategy?
Subject to our policy on Prohibited Trading, you can trade using an Expert Advisor.
How are taxes handled?
When trading an account for our firm, you are treated as an independent contractor. As a result, you are responsible for any and all taxes on your gains.
Do I have to use one of your accounts for the Assessment, or can I use my own?
We have risk management software that is synced with the accounts we create. This allows us to analyze your performance in real-time for achievements or rule violations. As such, you must use an account that we provide.
What is the minimum age required to join the program?
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the applicable minimum legal age in your country, to purchase a Funded Futures account.
What Countries are accepted?
Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, traders from all countries, excluding OFAC-listed countries, can participate in our program. Current restricted countries (subject to change): Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), Cuba, Guinea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine*, Venezuela, and Yemen.
*We are currently unable to onboard new users or businesses from Ukraine, Existing Ukrainian users may continue to use their accounts, but withdrawals are presently limited to cryptocurrency only. We are actively working on a solution to allow new users from Ukraine to onboard.
What happens if I do not pass KYC?
If you fail to pass the KYC process, your gains will be forfeited and your account closed. We strongly encourage you to ensure you meet the KYC requirements before trading any of our plans.
Trader Verification
Live Accounts:
Before you are issued your Live Account, you must perform KYC via SumSub. We do not store any documents - all are sent through the SumSub portal for review. Once verified, you will sign your Trader Agreement and then be issued your Live Account.
Instant Funding and Instant Lite:
A Trading contract and KYC are both required, however to start trading using our Instant Funding Plan, these steps won't need to be completed until you request a withdrawal.
What are the trading hours?
Forex:
Trading hours are generally set by the Liquidity Provider, unless set by our rules. We do not have any control over the trading hours. You can see the trading hours for each product by using the following methods: DXtrade – Right click symbol, select “Instrument Info” MatchTrader – Click symbol to expand, select “Info” cTrader – Navigate to Symbol Window, scroll down to see “Market Hours” for selected symbol.
Crypto:
Hydra Crypto Accounts are tradeable 24/7, except in the following cases:
- When using Instant-Lite Plans
- During broker or platform maintenance and updates
Futures:
Trades can be placed starting at 1700 CST at the Globex Open and can be held until the 1510 CST session closes.

What brokers/liquidity providers do you use?
We utilize an aggregate source of pricing and liquidity from multiple brokers and liquidity providers. The current liquidity providers use a number of different tier 1 banks, prime brokers, market makers and other liquidity sources to derive their pricing, and those underlying liquidity providers change constantly. Aggregating liquidity providers while maintaining multiple sources of liquidity allows us to provide competitive pricing and execution, while reducing reliance on a sole liquidity provider. All market pricing and trade executions are provided by the brokers, without any alterations or modifications on our part. Moreover, we do not adjust transaction costs such as bid-offer spreads, markups/markdowns or swaps beyond what is set by our brokers.
Please note that the composition of liquidity providers may vary depending on the trading platform.
Is Copy Trading allowed?
Copy trading is only permitted when all accounts engaged in copy trading are owned by you. Group trading, signal services, passing services, or any other methods that bypass individual strategy are not allowed. Engaging in trades that mirror or closely align with another trader or group of traders across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Where do I track the progress of my account?
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Hydra funding dashboard where you can monitor the progress of your account. The dashboard is updated in near real time as we calculate your account metrics. It is your responsibility to monitor your breach levels.
How are affiliates credited?
Affiliates are credited for referrals when a new user to the prop firm creates an account using a link or discount code provided by the Affiliate. Affiliates are not credited for subsequent purchases made by the referred customer, and customers cannot be added to an affiliate after they've created an account.
What is the Instant Funding Plan?
The Instant Funding Plan allows traders to start with a fully funded account without needing to complete an assessment phase.
What are the Instant Lite Plans?
The Lite Plans are simplified Instant Funding accounts that provide the same trading access as our standard Instant Funding plans but with adjusted risk parameters and lower pricing. They are available for both FX/CFD and Crypto trading.
Can I use an automated strategy with my Instant Funding account?
Unfortunately, Crypto Instant Funding plans are only hosted on DXTrade, which does not support Expert Advisors or other automated strategies.
What is a contract? (futures)
A futures contract represents a standardized amount of an underlying asset. For example, one E-mini S&P 500 futures contract (ES) represents $50 times the index price, while one crude oil (CL) contract represents 1,000 barrels of oil. See the attached product table in Appendix A.
What is the 60 Day Maximum Time rule for Futures?
Each Phase (1-4) has a maximum time limit of 60 calendar days. This means you must meet all the requirements for a given phase within 60 days of starting that phase. If you do not complete a phase within the 60-day window, your account will be deactivated, regardless of your progress or profit level at that point. You will need to purchase a new Futures plan to continue. The timer begins on the day you place your first trade and continues uninterrupted. There are no extensions or pauses. Please plan your trading accordingly to stay on track throughout all four phases.
Can I pause the inactivity timer at any account Phase on my Futures account?
No, unfortunately we cannot pause the inactivity timer at any account phase.
Am I subject to any position limits on my Futures account?
The total number of contracts you can hold at one time is limited by both your account size and the exchange margin requirements for each product. Your account balance must be sufficient to cover the required margin for all open positions.
What happens if I do not close the trade on my Futures account?
Positions will be closed for you during regular trading days at 1510 CST. Trades cannot be held over weekends.
When do I get the payout for each Phase on my Futures account?
Once you complete a Phase and meet the 25% consistency rule you will be eligible to make a request for that Phase’s payout. You will not be able to advance to the next phase until the payout is requested and completed.
How do the phases work for Futures?
Phase 1 begins once you purchase an account. Once you hit your profit target; while maintaining a 25% consistency, you will be able to request a payout and then advance to the next Phase. A new Phase your account will begin with a fresh starting balance.
Is there a breach for inactivity in the Funded Futures Account?
If you reach the Live Funded account level, you must place an executed trade once every 7 days to retain the account.
Do I need to complete KYC or sign a trader contract to start trading in a Funded Futures Plan?
You will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) program and sign our Trader Agreement prior to requesting a payout.
Do you manipulate the pricing or executions in Funded Futures accounts?
No. We operate at arm's lengths with the liquidity providers/Exchanges. All market pricing and trade executions are provided by third parties and are not changed or modified by us. Additionally, we do not markup transaction costs established through adjusting bid-offer spreads, markups/markdowns, commission charges or swaps.
How do I withdraw my payout once I complete each Phase on my Futures account?
If you achieve the profit target for your current phase and meet the consistency requirements, you’ll be eligible to request that phase’s payout. This payout must be completed before your account is upgraded to the next phase.
How does the Live Funded Futures phase differ from Phases 1–4?
The Live Funded Futures account operates under a different set of rules compared to Phases 1-4. Once you reach this level, the following changes apply:
- Risk Parameters: The Max Loss is capped at 50% of your starting balance. There are no longer any profit targets, consistency rules, or time limits.
- Inactivity Rule: You must place at least one executed trade every 7 calendar days to retain your account.
- Live Market Conditions: You are now trading in a live environment, which means you may encounter real-market factors such as slippage, partial fills, and varying liquidity.
How many Funded Futures Accounts can I have active at once?
You may only have one active Funded Futures account per starting tier size at a time. The allowed tiers are $25K, $50K, $100K, and $150K meaning the maximum number of active accounts you can hold at once is four, one of each size. Altogether, the combined starting balances of your active accounts cannot exceed $325,000.
What is 1 lot equal to on the trading platform (futures)?
-Forex: 1 lot = $100k notional
- Index: 1 lot = 1 Contract

Am I required to trade the front-month futures contract?
Traders must trade the front-month contract for each product, as it has the highest liquidity and open interest. For example, in March, the correct contract for the ES E-Mini S&P 500 products is the March (H) contract—not July (N) or September (U). Trading out-month contracts is prohibited and may result in the loss of your account. Always ensure you're trading the active front-month listed on the exchange. Holiday Hour Trading for Futures products
During holiday trading hours, auto-liquidation will not occur at the half-time market close, and the trader is responsible for closing the positions.
- Please pay careful attention to market hours around holidays and shortened weeks.
- Failure to close the positions before the market closes may result in the loss of the account whether it is a Funded Futures or Live Futures account.
Do your Futures accounts charge commissions?
Funded Futures accounts receive the same pricing and commissions as charged by the Liquidity Provider/Exchanges to other, self-funded, retail trading accounts. Please see Appendix A for details on per instrument commission charges.
How will I see the charge on my statement?

What are Market Data Fees for Futures Accounts?
Market data fees cover the cost of accessing real-time price data from the exchanges. These fees are included in your purchase price during Phases 1 through 4. Once you reach the Live Funded Futures phase, any applicable market data or platform fees will be deducted from your account balance monthly.
What is the Profit Target for our Futures Accounts?
This is the predetermined profit amount you need to achieve in order to pass to the next phase of the program and be eligible to receive the payout.
